In middle of December the Sudan National museum and the British council In Khartoum to organize workshop to training for the Archaeological Student to attend to work Guide in Sudan national museum Gallery ,also to give the good and right way for lead the school’s student and children , University students.

The workshop was opened each of D. Abdul Rahman, Director General ،D. Zuhair Director of Sudan Archaeological Society, D. Salah Mohamed Ahmed Project Manager Qatar project.

Program included:

· Induction on the importance of museum education and to develop a base for museum guidance .

· Lecture given by my colleague Ayman Taieb, about the museum education.

· Present my colleague Mahmoud Suleiman, representative of the Sudanese Association of Archaeology. enlightenment to pave ،the way for an archaeological excavation work.

All this work in preparation for the celebration, which will be in February,In the form of cooperation between the Sudan National Museum, the British Council.

The Season began archeological excavations in General Authority for Antiquities and Museums, Sudan National Museum in Khartoum, and other activities were started with the restoration and maintenance work for the groups saved from earlier periods in the Sudan National Store.

IN 2012 I found the time to visit the Amara west site , but in this season I’m not lucky to see what Nel do in this desert !

Last Day in Manchester

Day is 23/06/2012, the last day for me and my colleagues from Lebanon and Turkey within the program of the British Museum On this day we visited, Manchester Art Gaillery, which is located near the Metroshuttle bus stops, and the ST, Peter’s Sq and Mosley Street.

We have also visited Manchester Cathedral, on the victoria street t.

It is victoria station by bu, We moved to visit the Imperial War Museum North, and we visited Manchester United.

And will move in the morning to the London City, leaving behind most beautiful City in UK
